Job Responsibilities: 

  • Generate good volume of quality leads and pass them over to sales to close.
  • Conduct research for the target market and strategies for lead generation.
  • Identifying new lead sources for improving  sales and  lead generation.
  • Engage with  business’s other activities such as marketing campaigns, social media, advertising, customer referrals and help generate new leads.
  • Analyze and work towards increasing the efficiency of the company's existing lead generation sources and adding new lead sources.
  • Assist with the sales strategy and Work closely with the sales and management team to ensure sales goals are consistently met.

 

Requirements

 

  • Proven sales/marketing/lead generation track record in IT /software. (Should be able to provide convincing, comparable figures to support your claims )
  • Ability to work independently with no supervision and guidance.
  • Up to date with leads generation strategies in the industry.
  • Believes in Lead Quality rather than Lead Quantity.
  • Player coach mentality, Goal-driven , self motivated  and Go getter attitude: 
  • Minimum 3 years of  relevant experience  in  IT Sales  or  in a similar role in the IT / Software industry  (Preferably US, Europe Region)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to interact credibly with all levels in an organization, tailoring communications effectively for different groups.
  • Flexibility: In work hours and duties. Willingness to do anything reasonable to generate leads and promote sales.

  • Knowledge of how to leverage social media and online platforms  for lead generation
  • Digital marketing knowledge.

  • Content Strategy: Work with the Digital Marketing team to develop and execute a content calendar that supports marketing campaigns and company goals.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to produce visually compelling and informative content.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Adjust content strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Audience Engagement: Create content that resonates with target audiences, encourages interaction, and fosters a strong online community.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2-3 years of content writing experience, preferably in the tech, mobile, or app development industry.

Shift Time : 5 PM to 2 AM

As an IT Sales Associate at NewAgeSysIT, your main responsibility is to evaluate the raw leads assigned to you by reaching out to them over the phone. Your goal is to ascertain whether they have any software development needs that match the service offerings of NewAgeSysIT. You'll be tasked with qualifying between 100 to 120 leads daily and ensuring that a minimum of 15 qualified leads are passed on to the reporting manager every week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify raw leads provided by initiating contact via phone calls in the US region.
  • Assess leads to verify if they have any potential software requirements that aligns with solutions and offerings of NewAgeSysIT .
  • Aim to qualify between 100 to 120 leads per day, maintaining high productivity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team managers  to ensure seamless lead handover and information exchange.
  • Meet monthly targets by ensuring a minimum of 60 qualified leads are identified and forwarded to the reporting manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and qualification status in the RM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or lead qualification, preferably in the IT industry.

As a Full Stack Developer at NewAgeSys, you'll build fully-fledged platforms using a range of different technologies. You'll be involved in the entire product development lifecycle including the design, development, deployment and maintenance of new and existing features. Full Stack Developer Responsibilities:

Should be comfortable working with both front- and back-end languages.
