  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date listings on relevant online directories and platforms to improve brand visibility and accessibility.

JD for Graphic Designer 

Job Overview: As a Designer at NewAgeSys IT , you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences for our customers. You will work closely with the marketing team and stakeholders, to design and optimize various marketing design collaterals, ensuring they create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences for our customers. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand user needs and business objectives. 
  • Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, banners, posters, websites, and other digital and print collaterals. 
  • Create personas through user research and data. 
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to conceptualize and convey design ideas. 
  • Design and implement attractive, intuitive, and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications. 
  • Conduct user research usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Ensure brand consistency and a high level of user satisfaction across all digital touchpoints. 
  • Produce design assets and specifications for development teams. 
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to a collaborative and creative team culture. 

Key Skills: 

  • Proven experience as a Designer with a strong portfolio of past work 
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar 
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user research methodologies 
  • Familiarity with web development technologies and their impact on design (HTML, CSS, etc.) 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills 
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities 
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Must have 1+ years of hands-on experience in designing 
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, etc.) and Figma.  
  • An eye for detail and an in-depth understanding of design elements such as layouts, colors, typography, etc. 
  • Proficiency in crafting short video content is required. 
  • Having prior experience in SVGator is considered as an advantage.

JD : Digital Marketing Expert

Job Overview: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert who is passionate about Digital Marketing and has proven track records of delivering successful campaigns for clients. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for devising marketing campaigns to maintain a brand. The role demands from designing marketing campaigns to maintaining and supplying the right content for a business campaign, managing social media engagement, and quantitative analysis of website traffic. 

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities include:

  • Develop Marketing Strategies that align with the organization’s Business goals.
  • Responsible for creating marketing strategies & implementing the same on Online Ad platforms.
  • Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Manage and optimize campaigns to meet or exceed client KPIs and goals.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to find new opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Design & Content writers for planning and executing new campaigns with a variety of Creative’s and videos.

Educational & Professional Requirements:

    • A degree in marketing, or a related field is recommended. 
    • Minimum of 3  years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, SEO, and PPC. 
    • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media management tools such as Hootsuite.
    • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns.

As an IT Sales Associate at NewAgeSysIT, your main responsibility is to evaluate the raw leads assigned to you by reaching out to them over the phone. Your goal is to ascertain whether they have any software development needs that match the service offerings of NewAgeSysIT. You'll be tasked with qualifying between 100 to 120 leads daily and ensuring that a minimum of 15 qualified leads are passed on to the reporting manager every week.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify raw leads provided by initiating contact via phone calls in the US region.
  • Assess leads to verify if they have any potential software requirements that aligns with solutions and offerings of NewAgeSysIT .
  • Aim to qualify between 100 to 120 leads per day, maintaining high productivity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team managers  to ensure seamless lead handover and information exchange.
  • Meet monthly targets by ensuring a minimum of 60 qualified leads are identified and forwarded to the reporting manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and qualification status in the RM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or lead qualification, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for persuading leads.
