Business Development Specialist – Responsibilities:
-> Generate a high volume of quality leads and seamlessly hand them over to the sales
team for closure.
-> Conduct market research to identify target segments and devise effective lead
generation strategies.
-> Discover and cultivate new lead sources to enhance sales and lead generation efforts.
-> Collaborate with marketing campaigns, social media, advertising, and customer
referral programs to support lead generation.
-> Analyze the efficiency of existing lead generation channels and implement
improvements.
-> Support sales strategy development and work closely with sales and management
teams to consistently meet sales targets.
Requirements:
-> Proven track record in sales, marketing, or lead generation within the IT/software
industry, supported by measurable results.
-> Ability to work independently without supervision.
-> Up-to-date knowledge of current lead generation strategies within the industry.
-> Focus on lead quality over quantity.
-> Goal-driven, self-motivated with a "player-coach" mindset and a proactive "go-getter"
attitude.
-> Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in IT sales or a similar role, preferably with
experience in the US and European markets.
-> Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage effectively with
stakeholders at all levels.
-> Flexibility with work hours and responsibilities; willingness to take on reasonable
tasks to drive lead generation and sales.
Nice-to-Have Skills
-> Expertise in leveraging social media and online platforms for lead generation.
-> Knowledge of digital marketing principles.
-> Experience managing sales resources such as websites, blogs, presentations,
infographics, and sales videos.
